MISSION: The mission of the Eugene/Springfield Asian Council is to create opportunities which foster friendships and harmonious relations among all people by presenting events and activities that will stimulate a better understanding of Asian and Asian-American cultures.

GRANTS & SCHOLARSHIPS: A portion of the proceeds generated from the Oregon Asian Celebration are awarded each year to organizations that support the mission of the Eugene Springfield Asian Council. Proceeds also are given to the Asian-American Foundation of Oregon for four college scholarship awards to deserving graduating high school students and/or college students.
